1. Can I edit or modify my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to make any edits after an order is placed.
2. I ordered the wrong size, can I exchange the item?
Due to sanitary and health concerns, we do not allow return of items.
3. Do you accept order cancellations?Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel any order once they are placed.
4. I have received a defective product. What should I do? Please contact us via the contact form as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue. Exchange of items can only be done within 4 days of receiving item.
