At the moment, we do not have a size guide for each product but we will update this as soon as possible. A size chart is provided for each product category where applicable.

We accept local Bank Transfers, Paypal, and GCash.

2. Do you accept bank deposit as payment option?
Yes we do via BDO and BPI.
3. Do you accept COD?
We do not accept COD payment at the moment.
4. Can multiple orders be combined?
We are unable to modify, combine, or consolidate multiple shipments.
1. How much is shipping?
Shipping cost will depend on the size of the item and destination.
All domestic orders are shipped via LBC / JRS / Ninjavan / Grab / Lalamove.

2. Do you Ship Internationally?

3. Do you ship to my area?
We ship nationwide.
4. What is your lead time for deliveries?
Standard domestic shipments usually take 2-5 business days to arrive.
Weather, IATF guidelines or any unforeseen variables may affect standard lead times.
5. Do you accept same day deliveries?
Yes, we accept same day delivery within Metro Manila via Grab / Lalamove / Mr. Speedy and other third party couriers.
6. I made a mistake in my address. Is there a way to change it?
For change in address, please contact us immediately.

Custom Requirements
1. Do you accept custom orders?
YES, we accept custom orders for most of our apparel styles, bags, and accessories. We also accept custom hard goods like skateboards and surfboards. For custom requirements, send us a message. (MOQs apply)

2. Do you accept corporate orders?
Yes, we accept corporate orders. For corporate requirements send us a message through our contact form.

Returns and Exchanges
1. Can I edit or modify my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to make any edits after an order is placed.
2. I ordered the wrong size, can I exchange the item?
Due to sanitary and health concerns, we do not allow return of items.
3. Do you accept order cancellations?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel any order once they are placed.
4. I have received a defective product. What should I do? 
Please contact us via the contact form as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue. Exchange of items can only be done within 4 days of receiving item.
