Two years after the Majestics, brothers Edsel and Bjorn created the company that would support the local surf scene.
In 1998, the first Fluidsurf shirts were distributed during a surf competition in Bagasbas, Daet, Camarines Norte, the 1st MSA Surf Competition. Most of the shirts were given away to local surfers.
San Juan Surf Shop in La Union became the first surf shop to carry the Fluid Surf line of products, including shirts, boardshorts, wallets, bags, hats, and slippers.
Over the years, Fluidsurf quietly established its brand by supporting many surf events, big and small, and by designing and producing quality products for the local market.
